Is this a subscription?
No. $19 once, and that’s the end of it — no renewal, no recurring charge, nothing to cancel. Your licence doesn’t expire.
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for. The browser you bought in unlocks itself straight away, and your licence key is on the order page linked from your Polar receipt if you ever need it elsewhere.
Who am I buying from?
Polar Software, Inc. is the merchant of record for SYRNIK LTD, the UK company behind Twitter Screenshot. Polar takes the payment, adds any VAT or sales tax your country requires, and sends your invoice. See the Terms.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — 14 days, no questions asked. Email support@twitter-screenshot.com or use the portal link in your receipt. Details in the refund policy.
What if I switch computers or clear my cookies?
Paste your licence key and Pro comes back. The extension also carries the key between browser profiles on the same machine, so most people never have to. Use it on as many of your own browsers and machines as you like — there is nothing to deactivate and no limit on how often you move.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. The images you export are yours — client work, thread graphics, ads, anything. No attribution required. You’re responsible for having the right to reproduce the post itself.
Does the free version put a watermark on my exports?
Yes — a mark in the corner, at 2× resolution. Pro removes it, or replaces it with your own, and exports at full 3× Ultra resolution.
Is everything in the editor really free?
Yes, all of it. Dark tweet card, liquid glass styles, animated backgrounds, the background effects and their sliders, the premium wallpaper and gradient packs, your own uploads, transparent PNG. No trial, no export limit, no account. Pro is about the finished file, not the tools that make it.
